Hi Sallie,

Just wanted to give you a short update. Zeus is growing some and starting to chill out a little, not that he was ever too wild. He now walks about the house and just flops down wherever it suits him and looks at you with this "pet me" look in his eyes. It's really cute!

Overall we are all doing great and he is a bona fide member of the family. Me and Lisa love him to death. Plus, he comes, sits and stands up on command. Training is going really well. He loves to earn treats!

Take care,

Lance

Hi Sallie,

We had a really fun weekend hanging out with Zeus and took some good pictures. He now thinks he is the ruler of the house! Who can blame him with a name like "Zeus"?

Let me know what you think of these shots.

Hi Sallie,

We've been trying to train him. Any time we give him a treat, it is always during a "training" session. His first success is he now comes running when you call "Zeus Come". We're currently working on "Zeus Sit", but he hasn't mastered that one yet :)

In general though all is well. He is so much fun and he is such a beautiful cat and he gets better looking each day. I need to take some more pictures and send them to you. Thanks again.

Hi Sallie,

We're doing great. Zeus is starting to really get comfortable in his new surroundings. He played a little hide and seek with me today and I just about panicked because I couldn't find him, but I finally did and now I know where his best hiding place is, so it shouldn't happen again, thank goodness :). Other than that, me and Lisa are just enjoying bonding with him.

He is so sweet too, he sleeps on the bed and will sit there and purr up a storm when you pet him. He is also really really playful too. We got one of those fishing poles with a mouse on the end of it and he goes berserk trying to catch it. It is hilarious. We are also working with him each day to train him to know his name and to come when called. Next we will move onto getting him to sit and speak on command, as well as some others.

He is just the most amazing, beautiful, little kitten, I can't believe he is mine! :) I'll keep you updated!

Hi Sallie,

Just want to let you know that Zeus's first night at his new home went really well. He was a little skittish at first, but by this morning he is pretty comfortable with his surroundings.

I just want to let you know that he is the sweetest little kitten and I absolutely love him (Lisa does too). He plays pretty hard, but then he will sit down in my lap and purr for 30 minutes. He is soooooo adorable and I can't believe I have such a great little kittie.

Thanks for all you help and I'll keep you updated!
